Shinel, if the OEM pipe is a 3" pipe bent into an oval, why did you purchase 2.5" tips? Wouldn't it be easier to make 3" inlets fit on the OEM pipe? I am looking to undertake this project myself, but I am not sure if I should buy 2.5" inlet tips or 3.0" inlet tips.
