Yeah, FWIW, Same for me. I still don't have a CD icon on my M340i and get that same pop up. I can live with that since everything else seems to work fine.
I bet the app needs to be updated to properly use some status code from the back end systems.

I called this morning. Was on hold for 15 minutes, then went through the circles with them again. They have an open ticket for the issue with me. Apparently the issue is with iDrive 7. It's crazy that these things weren't worked out back a year ago.
