I was able to get a 7500 lease on a new X3 M40i...We typically only do about 4000 a year, but I was tired of turning in cars with 1/3 of the miles on them so I asked if I could do a super low mile lease and it wasn't a problem.

And what major Metropolitan city do you live near?
Were in the Tampa area...I work from home and my wife's commute to the hospital is about 5mi round trip. Most of our miles go on the i3, but even that is around 3k a year just popping around town.
