Unfortunately not all Individual interior and exterior options are currently available in North America (and maybe not elsewhere either yet - I'm not sure):

If I recall correctly, the Fiona Red option was added to the US option list for the X3 M40i sometime after it went on sale, so there is hope that it (and other interior/exterior choices shown in the above thread, but not yet offered) will eventually be offered for the M340i.
