I was speaking of the horizontal knob that controls the temperature of the central air vents independent of the a/c system. You mean that quick, simple knob function is now buried in the iDrive menu? Ugh.
BTW, I had a 3 Series loaner early last year, but otherwise the newest BMW I've driven is my 2016 2 Series so I'm a little behind with the newer BMWs |
Yes. I had a new X3 loaner and found it in the new iDrive menu. My 2016 M3 still has the manual knob. I agree, burying it is not ideal for how often I adjust that knob.
