One area you can save, IMHO, is on the seat material. Unless you are opting for the Nappa (which I did and love), I would go for the sensatech imitation leather over the Dakota. To me, the Dakota feels like cheap imitation leather. That will save you a few Krona which you can use on the HUD (which I strongly urge you to consider).
