Someone asked the same question, and the OP says vehicles produced in September will come with the "new version". Not sure if he is referring to just software or iLevel. Also he might be only referring to Chinese models.

The OP in thread mentioned vehicle "off the production line" in September will equipped with new version, but I don't know how much time it takes to produce a car.
But he also said the car before July can upgrade to new version as well by updating software.
