Clam Beach: It's the name of our local stretch of sand (4 miles long). The locals dig out razor clams by the bucket at extreme low tides. Thus the name. No close ups of unhappy or grilled clams.

I walk a portion every Sunday with the wife & dog. Sometimes with the kids. Second daughter, Amy took the photo that we composed on our monthly beached bird survey. It was relatively calm that day.

We found one beached Glaucous-winged Gull and a dried up Bat Ray on our survey.
