I understand. I had the exact same issue in my ex-A4. It bothered me initially but then in a few days, I forgot about it and didn't do anything till my car was returned after lease.

The underside of the front bumper is plastic I believe.

Edit - Just noticed he mentioned side sill. My bad. Then yes. Some touch up paint would be nice.
Should I just go to BMW and get some touch up? I have no clue what to do haha. I might go to like Walmart and get some Meguiars compound to see how well it works. If that doesn't work as much, then I'll get touch up.
