the biggest thing is to find companies that back thier products. the IAW front lip bolts to oem mounting points and only has a few screws in the bottom middle nothing that can be seen if taken off. a lot of other lips you have to screw into the bumper in multiple places.
that site you linked is an obvious drop ship company. i would be worried to order from them if anything goes wrong or you need product support. also quality of the lip at that price is probably not very good.
IAW has the reflectors and all the parts you had asked for so id probably just buy from them as they are a known good company and there is usually advantages to buy to combine orders and save the shipping cost.
