That being said, I have no idea how it is in AZ where the poster is at.
I understand prices depend on where you live.

But the OP's price is without tax as well. Including tax in most places and you'll have a payment around $800 for a 61k msrp m340i.

I'm just saying these are like M3 prices for a car with a much higher MSRP.

My personal opinion is the OP will have to include a pretty huge incentive for this to move.
