I would expect that offering a manual would be still be expected across all global networks? Especially as Markus has stated that the manual would still be offered in these cars ?

I only speak for the German market. Any variation on the market would be proposed by your countries distribution network.
Thanks Scott, I guess if RHD 6MT is available I can always import from UK or Japan if it isn't available in NZ. But if RHD 6MT isn't available....
