For my M340i I give it a quick hose down, and then a thick coat of Autoglym Polar blast snow foam. Then wash and rinse using the 2 bucket method with Autoglym foaming wash. And then dry off with a RapidDry XXL cloth.
If it needs a polish I have always used Menzerna Superfinish polish and Menzerna Powerlock sealant.
Windows I use Autoglym glass polish. Haven't put anything on my Vernasca leather yet, but I'd probably also use Autoglym. For the interior screens I just wipe with a spectacle cleaning cloth
