£800 are still too much for springs only, this should be the price of springs plus shock absorbers! On eBay you find B12 kit (Bilstein B8 shock absorbers + Eibach Prokit springs) for the same price or less...

Ac-Schnitzer doesn't produce anything, they don't have any factory and just fine-tune products from others. The difference between the cheaper Eibach and the more expensive ACS isn't justifyied by any performance improvement unless you are a professional driver driving in a circuit.
In terms of warranty you have the same protection mounting Eibach spending much less than AC-Schneitzer.
