I guess it does depend a lot on where BMW places the residual. For the 4 series it’s only 57% for 10k miles a year. MF is .00167 and rising. Run the calculations on a lease for a 60-70k car with a 57% residual and a base MF closing in on .002. It’s expensive! I know 3 series residuals are a bit higher so that may help a bit. I guess all I’m trying to say is that the days of 600/month 340i leases are over.
