I'm pretty sure my speed camera renewal was okay.
I think the problem is, the expiring package is "Connected Package Professional" and is showing as not renewable and the annual extension is called "Your Connected Booster Package" (there's also a Concierge Services for £89 but never use it). Because it's a new package and not extending the existing one, they've not bothered to link the two together.
