this is already trouble.
Drove a Ford rental with this active cooling in a snow storm. they got stuck and did not work properly for a few days.
The idea is good but not in every weather and also involves more things to go bad. A properly passive cooling design is fine and worked for decades, and the aerodynamics gain is negligible.
