I'm a Doc and while I can't legally give you medical advice, this sounds very musculoskeletal in nature. It's reassuring that this has happened in the past and resolved once you found the right seating position.
Until then...Ibuprofen/Tylenol, Icy Hot cream, stretching are you best bet.
