In my case, I reached out to my SA twice, once to find out my build week and the other time for the carrier information which he did not provide. He has never given me any updates throughout the whole process.
I used myBMW website to track the entire progress but now the car is on a boat somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean. Status is stuck in "in transit" until it gets to port. |
