Called again. Said they are waiting on IT Dept. I said "I just want it to work It's making me sad it used to work and was cool—now it's not"
I was told to call the self proclaimed "BMWgenius"
However there is still no ETA on a resolution and again they apologize for the time I'm wasting.
In their defense I bought the car for driving not playing video games, but still it's a subscription service and it would be super cool if it worked.
