I got it working from my Galaxy S10+, however, the moment you try streaming from a video app it freezes up. One app actually popped up a message saying that the app itself from blocking me from mirroring to an external monitor so I'm just going to assume that Miracasting via any "legit" apps wont work.
You could, in theory, stream from a streaming site via the browser to the iDrive screen. Not sure how it would "check" but I also havent tried.
I used to have Netflix in my Accord and would connect it to my cell hotspot on long drives, it was pretty nice to have. I'm sure we'll get App support down the road
