Very impressive, I never get that low. I probably sit consistently around 13-15%.
Rmtt gets down there during his cuts. Don't have the drive to get that low, constantly going out on weekends an all that jazz.
I went through a similar stint when I injured my back. I don't go that heavy any more. Kinda a downer, but I still enjoy myself every day in there haha.
