I leased a loaded 2014 335i $61k for $600/month and a 2017 M4 $81k for $950/month. Both with $0 due at signing except for 1st month payment. I rolled all fees and taxes into the lease. There is no way I'd pay more than $700 for a loaded M340i. Anything more than that I'll be looking at other brands.
