Is $927 before taxes? If so, not a good deal.
On the "other" BMW forum's "Ask a Dealer" someone posted their lease numbers and for a MSRP of $60,045 their monthly payment was going to be $649.73 per month (does not include taxes). And that is with a slightly inflated Money Factor.
I realize your MSRP is higher, but over the course of 36 months you would pay $9981.72 more than the other person. So I would say that is a lot too high.
If $250-$300 of that is taxes, then maybe not so bad?
