Likewise Tokenmaster replied to email used for PayPal account today and sent instructions including activation key. Did take 2 days after sending PayPal donation and emailing PayPal receipt to Tokenmaster gmail addy.
For a whiles was thinking not going to receive reply and went down the route of installing Launcher Pro 2.8.2. But the info is trimmed when connecting and no descriptions of what is what. To earlier reply, pretty much useless with 2.8.2 without the mapping and descriptions with newer Launcher Pro version from Tokenmaster. Was debating about going down Bimmercode route but received reply from Tokenmaster today.
Now waiting for USB C to Ethernet dongle to arrive to use ENET cable from before...
