If you go through the codes in Expert Mode I'm pretty sure 10-15 minutes and we'll probably be able to find how to start in Sport+, but it's not available in the drop down menu in BDC.
I'd recommend not always being in Sport+ though because it puts all the settings on steroids, starting in Sport or Sport Individual is perfect
Just disable the pop-up so your wife doesn't mention anything bout it again
