I just replied to your message about it but going to add the same info here in case it helps anyone else. All 2023 3 series inbound to the US will be produced in Mexico so the 330e final assembly location is NA! The IRS updated their website too with cars that should qualify which I will share the link they used below. The only thing I am unclear on is exactly how much the credit will be for with the new requirements.
