I have two different EA chargers at two Walmarts and I honestly can't tell if they are turned on yet or not. They were built some time ago, but I never have seen a car use one. EA's website lists them, but for a Walmart, I would expect at least one car there. There's always chargers just hanging and people tend to just leave their shopping carts in those spaces. Only time I've seen a car there was when an F250 double parked in a charger spot. |
Take a closer look at those chargers
I bet there is still plastic on some of the charger plugs
They're the same way at many Target locations and nobody has ever used them accordingly
