Steve - Thanks for the heads up, yes looks like Mar 2 is the deadline for registration.

Worse yet they froze the approved EPA list so some 2020 models are not going to be eligible.

I too was anxiously awaiting the ability to move the plate from a 2015 i3 REX to X5 45e.
