If you don't have a data plan from AT&T, independent from the Connectdrive service, the Spotify music won't work.
Had you mention before you have a separate data plan from AT&T, then I would of agreed with you.
ConnectMusic is separate from the AT&T data plan,
which is still not available in the US.
