Thanks! I'll give that a try. I initially avoided doing the bedding process as my service advisor recommended to avoid heavy braking for the first 200 miles to properly break the pads in.

As for the Italian brake job, would 8-10 rounds of braking from 60-10mph be enough? That seems to be common bedding process from what I have read in different threads.
That just means slam the breaks from a decent speed and see if that fixes it!
