I don’t mind the looks but I hate how preachy BMW has been. Clearly a new marketing plan and going after a new generation who needs to hear how righteous they are for the environment.

Edit: to add color as I talked to my wife about this. I'm for sustainable and the message. But what doesn't garner my attention or appeal is the shift from Ultimate Driving Machine to C02 emissions, 3 R's, etc.... They are starting to talk to a completely different person, in a different language in an annoying voice.

This is the first time in 20 years I don't have a BMW on the buy list. Maybe I'm growing out of the brand? My wifes 340ix is going electric = Rivian RS1 on order. My Jeep will be swapped with a large SUV, probably GM because of Super Cruise (this could change based on competitors technology, ~X7?). And gulp, not sure how Chevy did it, I'm #4 on my dealers list for a Z06, that car excites me.
