I've got the globe and shield, but still no joy. BMW Connect team say contact dealer. Dealer has no idea why it doesn't work. All software had been updated, app deleted and reinstalled.
I'm not really getting anywhere. After years with Audi, not too impressed with the lack of desire to sort the problem.
