Just being able to drive the latest and greatest. I'm one year into my lease and am already thinking about which car I want next (Do I go for the G80? Do I go with a different brand? The possibilities are endless). It's not that I don't love my current car, I just love having a new car every 3 years and switching things up, different options, colors, brands, etc.

Now if I had purchased my car in cash or financed it, and decided to get rid of it in 3 years, I'd take a financial bath (which is exactly what happened with my Infiniti). In that case, leasing makes much more financial sense. Typically (especially with BMW), short term possession favors leasing much more than buying.
