Out here there are no dealers willing to go that low. Given all the techno-riche customers willing to pay MSRP, the dealers have an attitude of "better to wait for the next sucker" than to undermine their price.
There are three BMW dealers in the region and they simply know that they don't have to compete too hard. I looked at pricing on a new M550 in Canada and was very tempted to buy there - it would have saved me nearly $8000 allowing for the negotiation, currency rate, and factoring in transportation, until I found out that US dealerships in the NW will not honor Canadian BMW warranties.  |
Warranty? You can't register a Canadian Car in the U.S.
