My last car was a '16 340, and I picked up my M340 last week. I have 900+ miles including 400 miles to NorCal. It is truly a "New Generation" from the last; actually it seems like a 10 year step forward. That said, the auto tranny is showing its age; it doesn't compare to the Porsche PDK in any way.

I did not get adaptable suspension, and find that I just get a 'hint' of the bumps. Like Goldilocks said, "Not too hard, not too soft". If you have any thoughts that you might ever want "autopilot", get it. Driving North I probably over rode it once or twice. I do that on my wife's Tesla every 15-20 minutes.
