Both my old and new 340s have had 19" non rf Michelins. FWIW, I'm pleasantly surprised with the compliance and smoothness of the ride without the $700 "adaptable" suspension. I don't find it stiff at all, just beautifully dampened.
Glad to hear this about the standard suspension. I've been contemplating adding the adaptive suspension to my build since it's still in the early phase and able to be changed before going to production. Thinking I'll stick with my original build after reading others post similar experiences
