I scheduled an appointment to see the foreman but the SA calls the day of saying everything was double checked and to spec and just brushed it off the meeting.

Nope. I was talking about the one in Markham.
I think at this point you have to hit BMW Canada up. Email BMW Germany etc. It seems like you have a problem that can't be fixed with just a change out of suspension parts.
