I leased my F80 (70k MSRP) a year ago for 700 a month and 0 down. No special circumstances then.
200 more for a cheaper 3 series is absurd in my opinion any way you cut it.
If someone is willing to pay that then that's their prerogative, but most M owners on this forum will find it hard to swallow.
