I think a lot of people who say, "that taste like chicken" are saying so because of the texture of the meat, not the actual taste. Chicken (for the most part) is a very bland/tasteless meat and it takes on the flavor of what your marinating/cooking it with. According to DP the only meat that doesn't really taste like chicken is "ManMeat". . .I do not personally partake in that funny business so I am going to go ahead and take his word for it.
