It's the same exhaust, but the Euro spec exhausts have 2 x OPF's, and it's the OPF's that limit the noise and remove pops and bangs. Remove the OPF's and CEL's are thrown, so an ECU change is needed.
It's not much fun with OPF's in Europe now
