They're neither "higher spec" nor a "£350 option in the UK", and I've no idea why you're saying they are. It's simply a choice whether you want blue or red.
With Mineral Grey I would definitely go red. Yesterday I took delivery of my Oxide Grey 330e Touring, and I chose red.
