Like I said, here in the UK the standard (on M-Sport models) is the Blue M Sport Braking system (which is a 4 piston design, and an upgrade to the standard grey brakes on the SE model).
For an extra £300 you can get the uprated red brakes, which are four piston front and a single piston floating rear.
We don't get a red option for the blue brakes at all.
I think stuff like this is market dependent. What you're suggesting might be true where you live, but it isn't here.
