You really do, and I don't know why you don't just look at the UK configurator instead of posting false information on here and confusing people.
You're getting confused with the £300 M Technology package which is indeed UK specific. However, if you go further down the options you will find that "red high gloss brakes" is also a no-cost option. In fact, the configurator specs the red brakes by default.
