No mate, they are full of shit!
They told me the car was on a boat travelling around Europe. I even asked why a car made in Mexico would end up in Europe and was assured it was on that boat, they even confirmed with the head of logistics!
After six weeks of following the boat back and forth across Europe I'd had enough and called them only to be told my car was literally on a truck on its way to the dealer!
They would not know if they were getting you know whated!
