There are a lot of parts required to convert to M Sport. Just that part will not do it. There are all the other parts that fit into the bumper as well as internal parts that form the structure.
Honestly $3700 doesn't sound bad if it includes all the necessary OEM parts and installation except for paint. If it's just parts, then it's not worth it.
You'll likely just want to wait for aftermarket conversion kits to appear on eBay if they're not already there. Or just trade your car in for an M Sport car, which you'll take a bath on. Or just learn to appreciate your car. IMO, the Sport Line looks really nice. More modern though a bit less sporty than the M Sport cars.
