Which is exactly what mine did apart from disappearing, but I sorted it within 48hrs. I had the same screen telling me it would notify me when it was ready to install, twice it started to install then failed! So, as I said, I did one trip, probably 35miles all in, after seeing other people with the same issue and when I stopped it instantly told me it was ready to install and completed in about 25 mins or so. I thought there was no issue with the battery but many people on the net thought the same, some used a charger to get it topped up, I, like many others went for a longer ride than my normal commute and hey presto. There was a link somewhere with a checklist and one of the criteria was after a journey of 60km or so.
