I disagree with this. When I have to put bulky or heavy items in the back, I'm always thankful for the lower lift-over height of the wagon.

I also find it more ergonomic only having to lift my kid's car seat to abdomen/chest height to clear its base and pull it out vs head height (it comes down to do you need to lift your arms below shoulder height or above it).
Are you a midget? I have a pick up truck and a car and it's night and day difference with a child seat. Much easier with the truck. When would you lift something above your shoulders? Cuz I never have when loading anything in my truck. Are you putting things on the roof? Makes no sense
