Paint destroyed? What would you do?
Took my vehicle in to have hood repainted at Auto Nation Bodyshop Spring, Tx through BMW Woodlands. They kept the car for 5 days.
Picked up vehicle Friday. My car came back looking like this. Moreover, hood repainting was done poorly - has light spots and swirl marks.
Also now- The entire car looks like it's been scrubbed with a Brillo pad ( car was/is ceramic coated).
1. Could this damage be in the ceramic coating or is it in the paint?
2. Is this repairable?
3. Any idea what that other marking on the side skirt is from?
4. Suggestions/advice?
I'm driving there first thing in the morning to show them and speak with them.
