ConnectedDrive
Just called BMW ConnectedDrive apparently service is down. I called because I started noticing app features mysteriously disappearing (connected command feature). Also noticed the icon with the little globe with the plus sign next to one of my cars in the BMW app vehicles page disappeared. FWIW I'm on iOS.
